Overview
After the sweltering Chicago heat and the prodding of his grandson push him to the brink, Kareem (Sayed Badreya), a shrewd and religious pawnbroker, sends the boy away for the afternoon. As a slew of ominous customers descend upon his shop, this becomes a decision he will soon regret. ***This short was used to raised funds for the feature film***
